How do I access the attractions?
This combo package includes your tickets for both Alcatraz and the SkyStar observation wheel. For Alcatraz, be sure to arrive at Pier 33 at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. You don’t need to check in at the box office. You can take your mobile voucher straight to the gate to board the ferry.
For SkyStar, simply bring your voucher to their box office, located at 2860 Taylor St., San Francisco, CA. Rides start every 30 minutes from 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
What is the cancellation policy?
These tickets aren’t refundable. Be sure to book a time that works for you for your Alcatraz visit. Your SkyStar ticket has a 90-day window for use, so it can be used anytime during your visit.

The Skystar ticket is flexible, allowing you to enjoy the attraction at your leisure. Your SkyStar ticket is valid for up to 90 days from the date of your Alcatraz tour.
Can I visit Alcatraz and Skystar in one day?
Absolutely! It’s easy to fit both of these attractions in the same day. We estimate about 2.5 hours for both, but you may choose to spend longer on Alcatraz Island.
