This tour is accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. levators and escalators are periodically being repaired and may be closed for service and therefore can be unpredictable. There are short flights of stairs throughout the tour. If mobility is an issue, please indicate this when booking your tour.
How much walking is there?
There is about 1 mile of walking at a very leisurely pace.
Can I take photos inside the museum?
Photos are allowed and encouraged during the tour. However, many pieces, including the Mona Lisa, have strict regulations which prohibit the use of flash photography.
What is the rescheduling policy?
We understand plans change. We offer a 100% refund up to 24 hours prior to your tour start time. If you’re unable to make this tour, we also offer rescheduling to another date free of charge, pending availability of tickets. Please keep in mind there are no refunds available if you have already rescheduled your tour.
